TRADING STRATEGY CAPTURES GAINS AS AUD NZD RALLIES

This trade represented the last test on my Demo Account of the new Swing Trading Strategy before resuming trading on my Live Account. Up until now, my Strategy that I have been providing to Subscribers targeted 100-200 Pips Per Trade. This will now be replaced by an aggressive version targeting 50-70 Pips Per Trade, using the same, reliable Daily & 4 Hour Charts.

STRESS-TESTED, RELIABLE STRATEGIES

The previous strategy provided stable returns of 40% on average over the last several years. This included trades done in the aftermath of the 2008/9 Financial Crisis, the European Sovereign Debt Crisis that followed.

FXCM Demo Accounts that are tracked by Myfxbook were used to reflect my Live Trades with Dukascopy. Dukascopy Accounts cannot be linked to Myfxbook.

The most significant of these took place just before the Swiss National Bank "Shocker" in January of 2015. Without even knowing about the pending decision by remove the Exchange Rate Peg by the Central Bank, the Methodology was able to predict and profit from the sharp 231-Pip Rally on the NZD CHF....

THE AUD NZD TRADE SETUP

The Daily and 4 Hour Charts showed a clear Range Setup that had been formed for this Pair within the last few months. The pair had just hit Support and was expected to rally once more to Resistance.

To start this move, the 4 Hour Chart provided a strong signal in the form of a False Consolidation Breakout Reversal to start a Bullish Move.

4 HOUR CHART REVERSAL SIGNAL

This was a typical signal provided by the Forex whenever there is about to be change in market direction. From the Trading Manual that you use/will use as part of my Trading Service (see website DRFX SWING TRADING), this market pattern is explained in detail.

So given the high probability that this was going to start a sharp rally, the trade was made at the close of the Bull Candle, with the target set to just below the Resistance Boundary.
